Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Connect Marketing Hub (“Service”), hosted at https://www.cmsu.top and operated by Connect Marketing Services Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

02. Acceptable Use Policy (Strict Anti-Abuse)

Connect Marketing Hub provides corporate operational tools, URL shortening, branded redirection, custom QR Code generation, and file conversion utilities for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree NOT to use the Service to create links, QR codes, or payloads that:

• Distribute Malicious Software: Link to malware, ransomware, viruses, spyware, trojans, rootkits, or drive-by exploit payloads.
• Phishing & Fraud: Engage in deceptive credential harvesting, banking impersonation, scam campaigns, or identity theft.
• Spam & Bulk Messaging: Violate anti-spam legislation or inject spam into messaging channels or external portals.
• Unlawful or Explicit Material: Facilitate illegal transactions, terrorism, hate speech, defamation, or child exploitation material.
• Evade Blacklists: Obfuscate banned domains or bypass enterprise security filtering systems.

03. Accounts & Authentication

When registering or accessing an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities and records created under your account session.
• You agree to notify IT Administration immediately of any unauthorized access or security compromise.

04. Third-Party Integrations & Google OAuth 2.0

When you sign in using Google OAuth 2.0, your authentication is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Connect Marketing Hub complies strictly with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

We use Google user data exclusively for account authentication and user identification. We do not use Google profile data for marketing or advertise to third parties.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership: Connect Marketing Services Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Connect Marketing Hub, including its interface, brand assets, source code, database architecture, domain name, logos, and graphics.

User Content: You retain full ownership and responsibility for the content of your destination URLs and any custom artwork uploaded into our design studios.

06. Service Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. While we engineer high availability across distributed cloud networks, we do not warrant that operations will be uninterrupted or error-free.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Connect Marketing Services Ltd, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the Hub.

08. Termination & Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to our infrastructure or personnel.
